Arising from observations of life in quiet moments; ‘THE ONE’ is a light-hearted read, simple in explanation, but providing what are perhaps deeper, underlying messages for each reader to ingest and make sense of in their own particular way. The intention is that you read this book and gain some insight or wisdom and expand your senses to another perspective that gives food for thought.  It is an easy to read book that has a subtle vibration within the words read that hopefully speak to one’s heart with a familiarity of inner truth.

The title of the book, The One came about when I had a session with a Spiritual Coach, who was able to blend with the Spirit, Master Chou – ‘a wise and compassionate spirit being’.    At some point in my conversation with Master Chou, I explained how it seemed that everyone I had been speaking to were looking for their group of people who they could call their tribe.  I explained how this puzzled me because I never felt this same need, however, when asked by people which tribe (group of people) I belonged to, I didn’t have an answer and didn’t really know how to respond.  I asked Master Chou what he thought about that.  His response was, “just tell them, The One”.    I couldn’t at the time think of what to say and yet, this was the most perfect answer.

The One, being the Only One that we are all truly a part of, (in the bigger sense of the word) whether you call it the Creator, God, Energy, the Universe, it doesn’t really matter because with The One,  you already belong to or are a part of something much more vast and infinite!
