Virtual ‘deep dive’ into love and relationships is uniting women online

A new five-day masterclass programme exploring relationship-building, authentic love and self-awareness is bringing women together despite lockdown restrictions.

The programme, organised by psychologist, transformational coach and yogi Ore Ajakaiye, first ran from 22 to 26 February, with another free five-day ‘deep dive’ scheduled for 22 to 26 March.

The online event, run by LoaWellness, offers a safe space for women to come together to explore the true dynamics of love, authenticity and relationships.

It has been designed to help women work through the barriers they face when trying to cultivate deeper relationships. Ore is encouraging women to engage and take decisive action at a time when the global pandemic is challenging usual behavioural patterns.

‘I am feeling especially motivated during this time to help women challenge their usual behaviours and reconnect emotionally and mentally with their true authentic selves. This is an important moment for us to delve inwards and assess where we are in our lives, and where we are heading,’ says Ore.

‘It’s been an eye-opening experience to work with so many inspirational women on the first Deep Dive programme, and I can’t wait to share quality time during our next online event. Now, more than ever, we need to make sure we’re making space to be our true authentic selves.’

Ore was inspired to launch the programme after talking with the ambitious, successful women in her close circle who have been exploring their inner needs and relationship goals during lockdown.

The last session gathered 42 women over the course of a week, who came armed with questions such as ‘How can I meet a partner organically during a global pandemic?’ and ‘How do I stop picking the same guy and repeating the same patterns?’

This time around, she’s hoping to attract even more women who are ready to take the challenge and get to know themselves better.

The next Deep Dive takes place from 22 to 26 March 2021 and is completely free to join.

Some post-event feedback from the last session included:

‘How I ever thought I was compatible with my ex-husband is beyond me. I am LOVING this five days – it’s thought-provoking to say the least!’

‘This has really shown me that I focus on the mental connection to avoid the emotional connection so my goal is to look at how I can form a deeper emotional connection. And to be comfortable with emotional vulnerability while maintaining healthy boundaries.’

‘I think the five days have helped me see things I already knew in a slightly different way and to also see that those things are changeable with a few small shifts.’
