Cruelty-free Bodycare Category winner

ARRAN Naturals, a brand-new collection from Scottish health and wellbeing brand ARRAN Sense of Scotland, has made an impression just three months into its launch by scooping a prestigious award at the Veggie Awards.

The Veggie Awards are the definitive consumer guide for vegetarians that recognise and celebrate the best brands making a positive difference. 

The Calm Lavender and Chamomile Body Wash (RRP £20) led ARRAN Naturals to victory in the Cruelty-free Bodycare Category with its credentials. Not only is this product cruelty-free but it’s also made of 100% natural fragrances and vegan ingredients.

ARRAN Naturals has been uniquely designed around the wellbeing found in the nature that surrounds its island home of Arran. The Calm expression originated from the exact moment of stillness that brings tranquil peace to visitors. A blend of lavender and chamomile with added vetiver effectively soothes stress, calms the mind and assists relaxation.

Veggie Awards Judge, TV presenter, health guru and travel writer Amanda Bryam, praised the newcomer: “Presented in beautiful packaging, this body wash is simply divine. It is vegan and cruelty free with 94.9% of its ingredients being from natural origin. It’s the kind of bottle you want to show off in the shower rather than hide it away, and the fact that it is made from aluminium and fully recyclable is an even bigger draw. The lavender and chamomile blend genuinely wound me down with every wash.”

In addition to taking the prize home for the new ARRAN Naturals Calm Body Wash, the wellbeing brand also was highly commended for its Mindful Lemon and Patchouli Body Wash in the Vegan Bodycare Category.
