How Grief C.L.E.A.Rs The Way To Connection

Grief is one of the most potent, powerful ways to C.L.E.A.R your way to connection.

It’s not an easy route, by any means. But it’s one of life’s inevitable experiences, and it certainly accelerates spiritual development and the channel to your psychic self. It’s also no accident I am talking about grief at this time of year, when the trees start to shed their leaves and we begin to wrap up the year.

Whether it’s grieving a loved one, or moving through big changes in life such as divorce, kids leaving home, retirement, menopause, or any other significant shift, grief is powerful, physical, and a sort of masterclass in your own C.L.E.A.R method.

At any given time in my life, I have people all around me who are experiencing grief.

People often seem to think I’ve had a lot of grief in my life – and yes, I have to a certain extent, but no more than the next person.

What I have found is, grieving people are drawn to me.

Maybe that’s because I can sense spirit and reassure them that their loved ones are okay (they are, by the way).

I bridge the gap, helping grieving people move through the super strong physical emotions that happen in the human body when we lose a loved one.

Grief is also one of the strongest ways to clear through your own connection to your intuition, source, and higher self.

It’s such a strong emotion – you’ll know that if you’ve ever been through it.

The emotions that purge from your body are incredibly powerful: rage, fear, guilt, sadness, frustration, anger…

Those feelings are so viscerally strong, they affect you in a physical way.

Often, this manifests in the body.

When we’re grieving, we tend to have problems with the lungs, which is where grief is stored according to Chinese medicine.

While you’re grieving, you may find your body becomes ill at certain times.

Maybe you just feel exhausted.

Many of us experienced this during and after the pandemic, while we were grieving loved ones, the loss of our freedom, or shedding old identities. More recently, the death of The Queen highlighted the power of collective grief – a sense of loss that’s amplified as the world shares in it in some way.

As grief moves through us, it clears the way for us to let go and receive.

It’s the ultimate cleaning solution – the ultimate cleaning hack for our bodies, to help us connect to ourselves, to source, and of course, our psychic selves.

Grief is the most powerful emotional scourer there is for your soul. It’s an extremely powerful emotion, but not an easy journey.

Grief really embodies the C.L.E.A.R method, and the sense of loss that comes from clearing or decluttering people, identities, relationships, or situations.

Letting go is where the work of grief is, and moving towards finding new energy – physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The actions we take during the grieving process, no matter how small, are the stepping stones to beginning to receive what’s waiting for us around the corner.

I always say that hanging onto things is like grasping a pencil in your hand for so long,  and then if you let it go, what happens? The pencil drops, your hand relaxes, and you’re able to receive.

Grief takes us through that process of gripping so hard and resisting change, to receiving – it’s powerful stuff.

Ultimately, grief will always be with us. We are humans, after all.
It’s about learning to live alongside it, to co-exist and move with grief, knowing it has a powerful purpose to enrich our lives.

Does this resonate with you? I’d love to know.
