The June 2020 edition of Wellbeing Magazine is our interactive wellbeing digital magazine.

How is it June already? With most of us still choosing to remain socially isolated we continue with articles to keep you fit and healthy as well as some ideas to do at home. We like Kate’s new word ‘Coronacoaster’ in her article on page 5 and we are excited to support a brand new radio station, Serenity Radio launching later this month, who are on a mission to raise the nations vibration.

Now is even more important to take responsibility for your own health & wellbeing so check out 3 ways to boost your immune system and perhaps enjoy the music play list from Dr Sean Olive p.8.

Our interactive magazine is only 15 pages and is best views on a PC or tablet, all our article are on the website if you prefer to use a phone but hope you enjoy the interactive nature of this magazine.

There is also an option to download Wellbeing Magazine as a PDF if you wish to keep an article. READ DIGITAL MAGAZINE
