Dorset Tea has recently announced the launch of its new fully sustainable packaging from removing the gold lettering on the outer packaging so that it is 100% recyclable, to the sift proof outer packaging which does not require inner foil bags. As part of this step Dorset Tea has introduced bio-degradable teabags using plant-based, heat sealable paper that can be industrially composted.
With its strong connection to the Dorset coastline, the brand has taken exceptional measures to ensure all its packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. To celebrate this new launch, Dorset Tea has teamed up with the Marine Conservation Society to highlight the importance of using sustainable packaging and keeping our coastlines litter-free.
We do love our cup of tea in Wellbeing HQ so were very happy to do a taste test. It got a thumbs up for taste as well as their sustainable package! We will definitely be changing from our usual brand to Dorset Tea!
