Steppin Sistas and Steppin Bruddas fundraiser 10 mile Walk.
Hi my name is Sophie Brown and I am the founder of an established walking group in Bristol covering the southwest, called Bristol Steppin Sistas
Our Purpose
I am raising money to help with shipment cost for aid relief to Jamaica and the money will be used for shipping barrels and the cost toward the shipping for the Hurricane Melissa relief fund 2025 in Bristol
This is very important to us as we have loved ones and a whole community of people in jamaica that we ate trying to reach out to and also the areas of Jamaica where the people have no food or water
The walk
Walk is Sunday 16th November, starting at 12pm
Meeting point bottom of Netham Road, opposite Netham Lock , BS5 9PJ
Media and Videographer will be walking with us at the start of the walk.
Flat canal walk, with some field walking along the canal
Comfortable walking footwear will be needed , bring fluid and snacks. Rucksack needed
All welcome, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
The Finishing point , Bath Bus Station …All walkers will need to find their own way back using public transport
Bus and Train Station in Bath are next to each other
