This week I headed to Kings Road to meet the team @getadripchelsea Sofia looked after me while I tried the Pelvic Floor Chair and the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. I must admit I was a bit nervous trying out the chamber as I'm not a fan of small spaces but they looked after me and I managed the 60 minute session. Head over to the website for the article.

Wow what a year, so many incredible memories and thank you to everyone who contributed to these memories. Travelling to Ibiza for a photoshoot, pilates in Puglia with Flavours Holiday, Monopoli for a family holiday, The Farm at Avebury, Congham Hall with Miss B, Culloden Estate in Belfast, Beaverbrook, Centre Parcs, Whatley Manor and Sotogrande Spa Resort. I've interviewed some incredible people, Niamh McCarthy, Liana Cornell, Jacob Dolley, Mark Gomes, Dr Aseem Malhotra, Preethi Nair, Rob & Josie da Banks, Garry Lineham, Helen Fields, Dr & Master Sha and Zibby Allen. Made new friends on my travels. Went to see Hamilton, Girls Aloud and Miss Monique. Ate in Michelin Restaurants, relaxed in incredible spas. Made clothes and fabric designs for AK Collection. Relaunched Wellbeing Magazine in print. Enjoyed archery, indoor skydiving, rock climbing, indoor skiing, sailing, cycling, golf and getting back into enjoying gym sessions. Welcoming two little kitties to our family and spending time with family and friends. I wonder what adventures 2025 has in store? #grateful #feelingblessed #holidaymemories #familytime #adventures

It stemmed from trying to promote therapies in 2005 when the national press refused to cover anything that wasn't mainstream. I have lost friends over my views. It was wonderful to be back at Whatley Manor this weekend for a little reunion and to share the latest issue of Wellbeing. It's such a special place so I was really excited to hear that @parvati_devis will be back again in March for another special weekend. It's always incredible finding small and intimate group retreats especially when it's in such a stunning location. My sister and I also headed into Tetbury and stumbled across Highgrove Estate just around the corner from Whatley. I think there are only a couple of places left so if you're looking for a transformative retreat, fabulous food and wonderful atmosphere I can personally recommend taking a look @whatleymanor

I had a great honour of spending two days with Dr and Master Sha and interviewed him for an article on the healing power of his Tao Calligraphy in Wellbeing Magazine. A truly remarkable experience and will treasure my signed book on Tao Science. I've spent 18 years on my wellbeing journey and this weekend was probably the biggest highlight. I'm starting to learn the final piece in the puzzle. I have so much more to learn and am grateful to Master Sha and his teachers for guiding and teaching me about the power of his beautiful Tao Calligraphy. I can't wait to share the article in issue 103.
