Why It’s Important to Look After Yourself to Help Improve Your Mental and Physical Health 

Between work, family commitments and the constant draw of social media apps, taking a moment to focus on ourselves can often fall by the wayside. But prioritising self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential. 

Self-care simply means taking the time and effort to do things that nurture your physical and mental health. It’s about recognising your needs and taking steps to meet them. It can be as simple as going for a long walk to get some fresh air or using colourful pimple patches to help clear your skin and improve your self-confidence.
