Heal your past, heal your life

My name is Krishna Ruparelia and I work as a Leadership Coach specialising in wellbeing and resilience. I recently published my book “From Question To Quest- Your Route to Transformation” that has received a number of 5 star ratings on Amazon. This is a guide to help you to let go of past wounds, stuck thought patterns so you can discover your own personal power and heal. This book has been compared to Robins Sharma’s “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari and Paulo Coelho’s “The Alchemist” so if these stories have resonated with you, be sure to check out my book”

A little bit about my background. I completed my degree in Psychology and Management over 20 years back and have always been driven to learn about human behaviour. I have worked for a large number of organisations specialising in Leadership Development, Transformation, and Coaching.

Whilst at university, I suffered from anxiety. No matter what I tried I was immersed in fear and worry. Following the completion of my studies, my father suddenly passed away. Grief-stricken and feeling a deep void in life, I began searching for answers. For meaning. Since my early 20’s I have spent time learning, studying implementing certain habits, tools and techniques that have transformed my life transmuting fear to faith, tapping into my own potential and taking back the control amidst the chaos. This gave birth to my book.

Consciously creating mental habits that increase calmness and clarity in the mind is the not a luxury anymore. It’s a necessity. The last 12 months has seen humanity experience unprecedented change with the Covid pandemic where our lives have gone topsy turvy. With uncertainty like never before, job losses, social disconnect, our lives are in a flux. It is not a surprise that mental health challenges have increased by 30% and for several clients I work with, things have taken a toll. In these very uncertain times, how do you gain back the control so you can come from a place of calm, clarity and still able to navigate through a sea of troubled waters?

Because these tools had such a profound impact on me, I decided to write about my journey to inspire others. I believe in every fibre of my being that this book has the ability to empower others from the inside so the readers can harness the resources from the inside to create a fulfilling life on the outside.

From Question to Quest, Your Route To Transformation is the book to read and has already received a number of 5 star ratings on Amazon and aims to teach:

  • Nuggets of wisdom that will inspire you to tap into your personal power to become your best self
  • Practical wisdom on how to create meaning from the events that occur in your life, rekindling the faith to bring about personal transformation
  • Powerful ways to conquer stress, develop resilience, transform negative emotions into love and compassion
  • How to listen to the whispers of your heart to find your passion and purpose

Life is unpredictable and often throws us off guard into unchartered territory. We often want meaning to make sense of our world. This book is an attempt to help you to create those shifts so we are not consumed by our own stories but we can come from a place of feeling empowered to make shifts and bring healing and freedom.

Enjoy and be inspired 😊
