Sa Talaia Boutique Villa

Balearic Island hotspots for the Summer

As the Balearic Islands prepare to open for summer, we’ve rounded up some of the island’s hotspots with hotels to suit every traveller.

For music lovers, head to the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza which is decorated with a range of music memorabilia and for those looking for a more luxurious stay, BLESS Hotel Ibiza boasts interiors inspired by Coco Channel and forms part of the Leading Hotels of the World Collection. Personally we love their agroturismo hotels, usually nestled amongst hill tops away from the crowds, but what ever your dream holiday looks like we think you will find it in the Balearic Islands.

Best for romance – Agroturismo Sa Talaia

Those looking for an isolated and relaxed setting on the beautiful island of Ibiza can seek quiet refuge at Agroturismo Sa Talaia, nestled on a charming hilltop along country lanes in the east of the island and surrounded by idyllic gardens featuring jasmine, pine and citrus.  Once renowned as one of the most elaborate houses on the White Isle, the mansion has been converted into a beautiful 12-room boutique hotel offering a stylish and sophisticated setting, in keeping with the island’s cosmopolitan clientele.

Rooms are set in separate buildings around the grounds, creating an exclusive oasis surrounded by pine trees and exquisite gardens. The manor’s alluring central pool surrounded by palm trees and a modern indoor restaurant serving tapas next to a chic bar completes the intimate atmosphere. https://en.satalaiaibiza.com/

A seven-night stay including breakfast at Agroturismo Sa Talaia  is from £363 per night in July 2021.

The property is 650m from Arenal d’en Castell, one of the island’s largest beaches, with crystal-clear waters and white sand and a few kilometres from the nature reserve of S’Albufera.

Palladium Hotel Menorca offers guests the opportunity to try traditional dishes from the Balearic Islands as well as international cuisine at its Sa Barca restaurant, specialising in showcooking. The property also features three swimming pools; with one especially designed for children, a kids club for children between 4 and 12 and a gym.
