I have to admit I am not very good with the whole skincare routine. I am a bit lazy when it comes to looking after my skin. Perhaps it’s the endless adverts promising anti-aging, over priced creams that never seem to work or just the lack of time being a working mum. Sometimes I just want to crawl into bed at the end of the day!

But as the years role on, the skin starts to lose the elasticity, wrinkles start to appear I am a bit more focused on finding a solution that doesn’t cost the earth and delivers.

Over the last few months I have been trying the Eventone Serum from EVENSWISS, which promises a brightening effect and dark spot target.

I wanted to make sure I used the whole container before posting my verdict as I have seen far too many reviews after using something for a few days.

Skincare is becoming more advanced every day. Scientific active ingredients have now made their way into most skincare routines, however, not all skincare formulations are created to support the stability and effectiveness of actives.

EVENSWISS is the creator of a groundbreaking and patented signalling technology called Dermatopoietin.

Dermatopoietin, which is equivalent to a polypeptide naturally found in human skin called interleukin-1-alpha, starts a cascade of signals from the surface of the skin and into the dermis.

These signals as said to generate a strong increase in collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid – by up to 90% in 2 weeks.

How does Eventone Serum work?

The Evenswiss Eventone Serum works to maximise the firmness of the skin. In addition, it is rich in antioxidants and aids in reducing pigmentation spots.

With extracts of marshmallow root, liquorice root and rice bran, there are a plethora of natural ingredients within the Evenswiss Eventone Serum.

Not only do they work as antioxidants, but help to assume a more even skin tone and improve skin imperfections by reducing dark spots. As well as this, these natural ingredients promote the strengthening of skin texture. In turn, they allow the skin to become smoother to the touch.

The high-quality formula of the Evenswiss Eventone Serum is specifically designed to reduce imperfections, namely pigmentation spots. The marshmallow root works to intensively soften, hydrate and balance the skin.

So what’s the verdict on Eventone?

After a few weeks my skin definitely felt more hydrated, I had some dark spots forming on my cheek bone which are visibly reduced and the usual redness in my skin is much less noticeable.

While I wouldn’t say the results were dramatic, I would say that over the last couple of months there are definite improvements to the tone and texture and my foundation looks smoother once applied.

Would I buy it again, yes I would. Having looked at the before and after photos there is a definite improvement. It may be subtle but I’ll take that as I had assumed it was downhill once I headed for the menopause!
