Issue 109 invites you to step away from the idea that wellbeing is linear — and into a more human, spiral-shaped journey of experience, return and renewal.

In this edition, our Editor steps beyond her comfort zone, from firewalking to breaking arrows, exploring what fear, trust and embodied presence can teach us when we stop resisting discomfort. Two very different adventures in North Yorkshire unfold — one off-road and visceral, the other philosophical — including an intimate exploration of land, purpose and time at Broughton Sanctuary that sparks a deeper reflection on midlife and meaning.

Across these pages, journeys continue worldwide: from The Farm in the Philippines to sensitive-soul retreats, from nature connection in Italy to the family legacy behind Clearspring. We explore identity, creativity and resilience with DJ Nija, investigate nourishment from dry fasting to collagen, and question what we absorb through our skin as much as what we consume.

Thoughtful, spacious and reflective, Issue 109 is for anyone who senses that wellbeing isn’t about moving forward — but about returning, again and again, with deeper awareness.
