Sunsetbay retreats in nature

Sunsetbay Retreats offers five stars retreats throughout the year in the charming seaside town of Tywyn in Wales. A little gem surrounded by beaches, waterfalls, lakes and mountains all within walking distance.

Founded by Maggie Paterson, each retreat offers a wide range of well-being activities, allowing the guests to experience a wealth of holistic treatments, yoga practices and outdoor activities. Scenic walks with local guides, wild swimming and paddle boarding – all complimented by nourishing and healthy food prepared daily by cherry-picked chefs.

Each retreat is different and designed with a specific theme in mind. March will celebrate Spring and will concentrate on helping the guests developing tools to expand mind, body and soul as the new season arrives. Retreat starts on Thursday 9th March till Sunday 12th March, price starts from £675.

Relaxation plays an important role at each Sunsetbay Retreat. Every guest is gifted with a complimentary massage to enjoy during the stay, and can take advantage of the hot tub in the Zen Garden, wrap-up in a blanket by the fire pit or socialise by the log burner at any time.

Guests will stay in a beautiful converted chapel designed with luxury and comfort in mind whilst maintaining some of its original charm and spiritual energy. 6 bedrooms are available for single or double use.

Maggie Paterson, Founder of Sunsetbay Retreats, says: “Alongside my partner Graham, we are dedicated to offering our guests an all round wellbeing experience, not only to get away from everyday life and take in plenty of fresh air, but to also enjoy being more active, explore physical challenges and if required work on relieving stress and reducing anxiety, whilst having some fun too!”
