Try a tasty rainbow vegan pizza

Nick and Matteo met at The White Rabbit Pub in Oxford. Matteo had worked in his families pizzerias back in Italy all of his life and was now working his magic in the kitchens in Oxford.

They realised so many people were looking for a different kind of pizza and didn’t want to feel excluded After a year of development they launched the most delicious alternative pizzas out there. They were the first chilled vegan pizza to hit supermarket shelves back in 2017 and have continued to grow rapidly ever since!

Their mission remains the same. They believe pizza has the power to bring people together and have crafted a range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan pizzas.

We tried the Rainbow Vegan with roasted vegetables marinated in Harris paste, on a bed of baby chard & vegan mozzarella.

As well as being tasty, we also love that the box and disc are 100% plastic-free and suitable for home recycling and the film around pizza is now made from at least 40% sugar cane.
