Palvinder Deol is an experienced pharmacist with a career spanning over two decades. After qualifying in 1997 with a pharmacy degree from the University of Bath, Palvinder began his professional journey at Boots the Chemist. Over seven years, he progressed from Relief Pharmacist to Pharmacy Manager and ultimately Store Manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication to high standards in community pharmacy.
In 2004, Palvinder took on the role of Regional Pharmacy Manager for Superdrug in the Southeast, managing multiple branches and implementing strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. His leadership ensured that patients consistently received top-tier care across the region.
In 2008, Palvinder transitioned to the independent pharmacy sector by opening his own practice. This allowed him to offer highly personalised care, foster deeper community relationships, and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape. As an independent pharmacist, he introduced initiatives to support the NHS and improve patient access to vital services.
