As a Carbon Negative company Jude’s removes 10% more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than is emitted through its entire supply chain, scope 1,2 and 3 upstream. Jude’s has committed to a 43% reduction in carbon intensity by 2030 and is working with Professor Mike Berners-Lee and his team at Small World Consulting to achieve this.

Jude‘s Rose Ice Cream

Inspired by the world renowned rose gardens at National Trust, Mottisfont, just 14 miles from the dairy, Jude’s has created a new quintessentially British flavour for summer – Rose Ice Cream.

Made with natural rose extract, this lightly flavoured ice cream is both creamy and refreshing. A celebration of British blooms in summertime, even the tub has been beautifully designed with a floral take on the brand’s classic stripes.

Available: (100ml) Judes.com & selected National Trust locations, RRP £2.25

Chow Mezger, MD of Jude’s comments: “We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Mottisfont, National Trust to create our fresh Rose Ice Cream. We’ve visited the stunning rose gardens at nearby Mottisfont over the years and are always amazed by the beauty of the gardens in full bloom, something we’ve tried to capture on our beautifully designed tub. As Britain’s first Carbon Negative ice cream and desserts company we’re constantly inspired by, and seeking to protect our incredible planet.”
