Season 2 – What is Earthing

Linda Cooper looks at What is Earthing and how can you reap the benefits of nature’s biggest all-natural antioxidant?

Today’s episode on The New 100 Longevity Campaign I interview book author Clint Ober on Earthing and the incredible research behind this scientific phenomenon of our planet’s powerful and often overlooked natural healing energy.

It’s mindboggling to me why this might be the first time you’ve ever heard of Earthing, but I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised given the drug companies vice-like grip on our current healthcare system.

Earthing has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation and heal the body just by doing the simplest thing- going barefoot in the grass, sand and/or soil.  By doing so humans receive free electrons connecting to the Earth’s natural healing energy.

Skeptical?…

EARTHING HAS BEEN SHOWN TO HELP WITH:

  1. Defuse the cause of inflammation, and improve or eliminate the symptoms of many inflammation-related disorders
  2. Reduce or eliminate chronic pain
  3. Improve Sleep and promote a deeper sleep
  4. Increase energy and vitality
  5. Lower stress and promote calmness in the body by cooling down the nervous system and stress hormones
  6. Normalize the body’s biological rhythms
  7. Thin the blood and improve blood pressure and flow
  8. Relieve muscle tension and headaches
  9. Dramatically speeds healing time
  10. Reduce or eliminate jet lag
  11. Protect the body against potentially health disturbing environmental electromagnetic fields (EMFs)
  12. Accelerate recovery from intense athletic activity

I invite you to watch this episode and hope it inspires you to get your daily dose of Earthing
