It was wonderful to be back at Whatley Manor this weekend for a little reunion and to share the latest issue of Wellbeing. It's such a special place so I was really excited to hear that @parvati_devis will be back again in March for another special weekend. It's always incredible finding small and intimate group retreats especially when it's in such a stunning location. My sister and I also headed into Tetbury and stumbled across Highgrove Estate just around the corner from Whatley. I think there are only a couple of places left so if you're looking for a transformative retreat, fabulous food and wonderful atmosphere I can personally recommend taking a look @whatleymanor

I had a great honour of spending two days with Dr and Master Sha and interviewed him for an article on the healing power of his Tao Calligraphy in Wellbeing Magazine. A truly remarkable experience and will treasure my signed book on Tao Science. I've spent 18 years on my wellbeing journey and this weekend was probably the biggest highlight. I'm starting to learn the final piece in the puzzle. I have so much more to learn and am grateful to Master Sha and his teachers for guiding and teaching me about the power of his beautiful Tao Calligraphy. I can't wait to share the article in issue 103.
