We recently booked a week at CenterParc and I decided to book a 3 hour session at AquaSana while the others went on their outdoor adventure. I had tried their spa at Woburn many years ago but had read that this one had been upgraded. I spent my time relaxing and enjoying the various rooms. There were so many to choose from. Although it was busy I had some of the rooms to myself which was fabulous. At the end of my session I quickly grabbed my phone from the locker. You aren't allowed phones in the spa so I discreetly took a few clips for my review article to give you a quick glimpse. Three hours was definitely not long enough to enjoy all the rooms and I really should have booked it at the end of the day not it the morning as I ended up spending the afternoon doing circuits of the rapids and water slides with the family undoing all my relaxation 😂

Well what an incredible week of Pilates in Puglia. I travelled to Brindisi from Gatwick and then we were collected from the airport and driven to the very bottom of Italy, we even got to sail around the 'heel of Italy'. With two daily classes of Pilates in a stunning villa, tasty food and lots of daily swimming in the sunshine, I came back with a healthy glow, a smaller waist and new friends for life. We all said that we felt like we had been there for longer than a week (well actually one lady had been in Italy for three months because she fell in love the place and wanted to stay longer) It was my first pilates holiday and it's inspired me to keep doing classes back in the UK and now I'm eager to look at some of their other holidays for next year. Our nearly four-hour drive to Congham Hall Hotel & Spa in Kings Lynn was filled with a delightful mix of musical numbers from “Heathers” and relaxing Ibiza chill-out music.
