The benefits of nutritional cleansing

From fatigued to feeling fabulous through nutritional cleansing!
I was constantly exhausted and thought I simply needed more sleep. How wrong I was! In fact the more sleep I had seemed to make matters worse. I would wake early every day, and on my days off I would be back in bed by 10am! I’d sleep for 3-4 hours no problem and then I’d be back in bed in the evening no later than 8.30pm.

Not only was this impacting on my mental health though it was also having a massive impact on my marriage, social life, and allowing me no time to do the things I wanted to do. I was quite honestly so miserable, it actually hurt. The guilt I carried around was immense, and I reluctantly began to accept that this was how my life was going to be.

I tried many remedies and tonics of sorts, and I eventually resorted to visiting my GP which led to various tests being done to check if all was in order. Thankfully it was though I still couldn’t understand my exhaustion.

I felt awful and I looked old before my time, and it was hard to even look in the mirror. I was losing weight everywhere except my stomach which meant that my clothes just didn’t fit the way they should and because of this I became even more self conscious.

A life changing moment!
