Real people. Real wins. Real stories.
The Health Lottery is marking a remarkable milestone — 22 million winners and counting — by putting the spotlight where it belongs: on the people behind the numbers.
To celebrate, The Health Lottery is launching 22 Faces of 22 Million, a social campaign inviting past winners to share their stories and reflect on what winning meant to them. From those who come forward, 22 winners will be selected to feature in a series shared across social media.
Each selected participant will be rewarded as a thank-you for being part of the celebration.

While headline jackpots often grab attention, this campaign focuses on the everyday wins that make a difference — the food shop covered at the right moment, a family meal out, a bill paid off, a much-needed sunshine holiday or an example of kindness, by paying it forward.
Martin Ellice, Managing Director at The Health Lottery said:
“Twenty-two million winners is an incredible number, but it’s the people behind it that matter. Every win has a story. Sometimes it’s life-changing, sometimes it’s simply helpful at the right time. We want to celebrate those moments and the people who made them.”
Winners are encouraged to comment on The Health Lottery’s official campaign post, sharing when they won and what it meant to them. The selected 22 will be contacted directly and featured over the coming weeks.
By bringing real faces to a national milestone, 22 Faces of 22 Million is a simple thank you to the millions of people who have been part of The Health Lottery story so far.
Over £175 million has been won so far in prizes since launch and The Health Lottery has now helped raise over £136 million for health-related good causes. For details on how to take part, visit The Health Lottery’s Instagram and at healthlottery.co.uk
