No one ever said it was going to be Easy…. and after a while your purpose in life begins to makes sense.
From April 2021 Part of my decision making was to seek encouragement and find an insight of what I would like to achieve by chance.

My first step was to make some painful decisions by letting go of ANYONE who tried to sabotage my goals, wellbeing and passion. I knew what I wanted to do and in order to do that, some decisions had to be made. There’s no more second chances, I’ve tried for too long, ppl are who they are, its ok and just lessons, accepted.
My second painful step was to trust myself, drop some walls and open my arms to strangers so I could give them chance to support me, this is helping me with my trust issues. I now know I have to take risks…. The route had to be taken.
Those risks I had taken have moulded me, not changed my character, but just feeling back to myself again. and back in control of my passion it’s what I want… To decide for myself and to support myself because I want to support others.
Today… You are still looking at the same Sophia Brown, but with a hint of trust, and around a new circle of supporters who have accepted my boundaries and are genuinely helping me grow It’s, 50/50 with me
