Brand new wellness retreats offering a few fantastically restorative days

Warner Leisure Hotels have partnered with Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing to launch brand new wellness retreats offering a few fantastically restorative days in peaceful Warner Leisure-Hotels country estates this September!

Warner Wellness Retreats are built on three core pillars – Rest, Restore and Renew – and lay the foundations for a deeper understanding of how to integrate wellbeing into daily life.

These retreats champion day-to-night wellness workshops, seminars and classes. An all-encompassing reset for mind, body and soul.

Rest

Themed workshops and seminars are designed to offer a deeper understanding of wellness, the mental, physical and emotional benefits it brings, and how to integrate self-care into daily routines. They include Vinyasa and restorative yoga with live music, plus meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi.

Restore

Classes and workshops led by industry experts, indoors and outside, from daybreak to nightfall. Group sessions are small and cover everything from pilates to gong bathing as the sun sets. Full use of the leisure club, including pools, is complimentary and menus highlight healthy and nutritious options.

Renew

Strength & conditioning conditioning workouts, yoga for fitness and high intensity training focus on toning and strengthening the body. As for the locations, they’re A-list with soaring views and beautiful grounds. Outdoor sports like archery and rifle shooting are included and the neighbourhoods are paradise for walkers, runners and cyclists.

Workouts for the mind and body – at least 40 scheduled classes across the weekend.

Location: Thoresby Hall, Nottinghamshire; 24th – 27th September
