How are you? The most important three words one can say during this new phase of living. This is what I want to ask you before you continue reading. How. Are. You? Let that settle in for a moment. Take a deep breath and let your inner voice take the time to think of an answer. At this moment in time, this is about you and nobody else. You are a magnificent human being – an enigma. You are capable of building an empire, creating another human being, transforming your body, growing and developing. Let that sink in.

I am a Business Psychologist, a Life Coach and a Well-being fanatic. I have a master’s in psychology, a Life Coach qualification and numerous other qualifications in the field of Psychotherapy. More importantly – I understand you. I understand that life is currently very difficult and with a new national lockdown in place, I know that you are probably thinking how am I going to get through this? I understand the feeling of being so low it is a struggle to get out of bed in the morning and get dressed. I understand the pain of feeling like a failure and a worthless human being. But let’s face facts – we are only human. We don’t have superpower’s; we have a brain. This is our most valuable asset. We can train our brain’s into embracing a new positive mindset. We can force our brains to see solutions after assessing the difficulties in our lives. We can find ways to improve our self-esteem just by carrying out a few simple steps. We can find that valuable self-worth and teach ourselves to self-love. We can get that promotion, role, dream lifestyle. It’s all in your mind. We have the capacity, intelligence and tenacity to achieve, despite feeling separated from ourselves.

If you are currently struggling that is acceptable. Each and every human being is on their own well-being journey and there isn’t a particular stage where we all should be. I have tried to provide simple, short and effective pieces of well-being advice so that you may find some tools to assist you on your growth journey. And growth is the word to be used. We should not look at this period of our lives as anything different. We are growing. We are evolving. We are changing. Maybe we are changing into the person we always wanted to be.
