Rose Ferguson is a nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner and Rose is a favourite among A-listers and a regular contributor to British Vogue. As Rosemary Ferguson, she was once one of the fashion world’s most photographed faces in the ’90s. She is now passionate about health and wellbeing. ans authored the book Juice + Nourish and aims to change the way people care for themselves, one drink at a time. She’s also dedicated to supporting women living with the challenges of menopause through her Instagram community.

Poppy Delbridge: The founder of Rapid Tapping, Poppy Delbridge serves as a trusted advisor to Soho House and Estée Lauder. Her insightful features on health and wellness have received praise from renowned publications such as The Times, The Guardian, Vogue, and Goop as well as appearing with Fearne Cotton on her Happy Place app.

The panel discussion will be moderated by the distinguished serial entrepreneur, Loui Blake, the CEO of Miami Foods. Loui is  a pioneer in popularising plant-based foods for individual and planetary wellbeing over the last decade. He is an accomplished speaker at global events and has been featured by prominent media outlets like CNN, BBC, and Forbes.
