☀️Sunscreen Every Day: Make broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen your daily companion, even on cloudy days. Reapply every two hours, and more frequently if you sweat or swim.
☀️Sun-Smart Clothing: Shield your skin with lightweight, long-sleeved shirts, pants, and wide-brimmed hats.
☀️Seek Shade: Escape the sun’s peak intensity (between 10am and 4pm) under an umbrella or seek shade indoors.

💧Hydration is Key:
