Sun Protection: Always Essential!

While soaking up the sun might feel good, it’s actually the culprit behind up to 90% of visible skin ageing, thanks to ultraviolet (UV) rays. Here’s your defense plan:

☀️Sunscreen Every Day: Make broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen your daily companion, even on cloudy days. Reapply every two hours, and more frequently if you sweat or swim.


☀️Sun-Smart Clothing: Shield your skin with lightweight, long-sleeved shirts, pants, and wide-brimmed hats.


☀️Seek Shade: Escape the sun’s peak intensity (between 10am and 4pm) under an umbrella or seek shade indoors.

Nourishing Your Skin for a Healthy Glow

When it comes to your skin, you really are what you eat! Here’s how to nourish your skin from within:

💧Hydration is Key:
