I had a great honour of spending two days with Dr and Master Sha and interviewed him for an article on the healing power of his Tao Calligraphy in Wellbeing Magazine. A truly remarkable experience and will treasure my signed book on Tao Science. I've spent 18 years on my wellbeing journey and this weekend was probably the biggest highlight. I'm starting to learn the final piece in the puzzle. I have so much more to learn and am grateful to Master Sha and his teachers for guiding and teaching me about the power of his beautiful Tao Calligraphy. I can't wait to share the article in issue 103.

Over the past few years I have been following the work of Dr. Aseem Malhotra, an award-winning consultant cardiologist and one of the world’s most influential campaigning doctors. His new film, launched last night, is an exposé on pharma accountability.

I went to see First Do No Pharm at a packed cinema in Leicester Square, and it left a deep impression on me. The film shines a harsh light on a troubling reality: we are drowning in pharmaceuticals, pushed on us by an industry that has long abandoned its moral compass in favour of profit.
