UK’s First Ever Mental Health Audio Learning Platform Announce Launch

The UK’s first-ever self-development audio learning platform, Inner Truth, created for the curious announced launch on World Mental Health Day which took place October 10th 2018.

Inner Truth, the new media platform aimed at empowering listeners to connect with their mental health, boldly describes itself as a ‘survival kit for the 21stcentury’ from its podcast to online courses.

Founded by ex Investment Banker turned social entrepreneur – David Newell. Inner Truth is set to be a series of conversations and courses with thought-leaders from around the globe educating listeners on anything from mental health to the purpose of life. After a high-flying job in the city, David’s life all came crashing down in his mid-twenties leading to his own breakdown to breakthrough that inspired the beginnings of Inner Truth and his role as podcast host. The platform offers to enrich listeners lives whilst on the go. Coinciding with this year’s World Mental Health Day 2018’s theme of ‘Young people and mental health in a changing world’ which launched October 10th. The platform, which has launched with podcasts and courses, and a growing global community of Truth Seekers, is aimed at those who have already dipped their toes into the self-development space through practices like yoga and meditation, as well as the increasing number of millennials who are curious around conscious living trends such as veganism to natural health alternatives.

For Truth Seekers looking to go deeper into their journey, Inner Truth offers a pioneering platform of courses for self-discovery from subjects such as ‘Reclaiming Sanity’ to “Womb Intelligence” to “Awaken Your Vitality”. Each course is a unique, intimate journey into a new field of self-exploration that provides profound insights and wisdom.

Some noteworthy Inner Truth contributors include Nick Mulvey to Mark Manson to Ruby Warrington. All offering the bridge between popular culture to inner questioning. Inner Truth sets itself apart from other self-discovery platforms with the view of encouraging listeners to challenge the content and seek within, whilst breaking all stigmas around self-development. Inner Truth is set to start a new modern movement for those looking for ‘more’. Inner Truth is set to create a community of like-minded souls offering a new way of thinking.

Highly anticipated to be the next big thing in the self-development world, Inner Truth was initiated by David Newell’s (aged 31) own business and personal experiences. David brings to the table a successful seven-year investment banking and start-up career which includes scaling the world’s first internet-only business brokerage from zero to $3M in revenue in three years.

Given Inner Truth’s co-creator also happens to be social entrepreneur and culture disrupter, Samantha Moyo, founder of the International sober movement, Morning Gloryville. It comes as no surprise the launch comes with swag. Samantha can casually name drop friends Basement Jaxx through to Fatboy Slim from music industry who supported her work of bringing joy and purpose to people all over the world. This further shows the different ways to improve one’s mental health.

Samantha Moyo adds: “I see this platform as Spotify for the Soul – a place for people from all walks of life to tune in for a bit of peace, purpose and inspiration. Tools like this help me stay sane in the city!!”

David Newell concludes: “Five years ago, everyone thought I was a weirdo for not just going to the gym like everyone else. But so many of my friends have started to talk about inner healing. Hopefully there’ll be something for everyone on the platform: mind blowing teachings and revelations, as well as somewhere to go to not feel lonely anymore. For the, ironically, most connected generation in history, we hope that will really help.”

Inner Truth launched this World Mental Health Day, October 10th, with podcasts and audio courses readily available to download and purchase. For more information please visit: innertruth.org/
