Mankind is drifting through life in a dream-like state, but this dream of reality is more like a fantasy nightmare. We are harvesting the rewards of over a century of reductionism, materialism and little interest in the quality and mystery of life.

Curiously, those with more open and awake minds are to be found amongst the scientific community, who are generally regarded as the most rational and grounded people.

A surreal, dreamlike landscape representing a "wakeup call to mankind," with ethereal figures emerging from a foggy, opalescent void, symbolising the transition from a dream state to awareness

What Can Mankind Learn from Quantum Physics?

The strange world of Quantum physics has led scientists towards a more informed view of science. It is the scientific community who are meticulously studying our impact on the life of our planet, constantly providing proof of man-made global warming, environmental destruction and species extinction.

Yet we are witnessing powerful political and economic voices dismissing their hard science as false. The public is being encouraged to replace factual truth with blind ignorance.

Meanwhile, mankind continues to dream this nightmare, unwilling to wake up to the reality that confronts us.

Returning to the spooky world of Quantum physics, there is a growing body of opinion among leading thinkers and scientists that is moving closer to the ancient teachings of our ancestors. That all we consider real and substantial is really an illusion; we perceive what we wish to perceive! That the true reality may be without any substance but more like pure consciousness, thought or vision.

Quantum Physics Meets Ancestral Teachings

Don’t be discouraged if such thoughts run counter to everything you know from your daily life; it is only a few hundred years ago that we all knew without question that the earth was flat and that all the celestial bodies rotated around our earth!

What we are now becoming aware of is that our thoughts, our dreams, our visions of the future may create the future. This should not be too much to accept, as we have a very simple demonstration of this whenever we go to lift a cup of tea to drink! The sequence of events is: thought, response and action.

Every religion has supported this concept, believing that prayer, a vision of a future outcome, will happen if enough people believe it will (whether through their intercession, their particular god, or otherwise).

At a personal level, we all know people who have had a vision of success in business, art, or sport, and have achieved it despite all manner of obstacles along the way.

What the World Needs Now!

What the world needs now is such a vision of a better world for all. A world that is unified in mutual respect and care, a world where all living creatures are respected for their unique contribution to a healthy planet.

The concept of separation is just another part of our dystopian dream world. There is no separation; everything is connected to everything else. In fact, perhaps, like our flat-earth ancestors, we might all discover that you and I are simply the Universe in miniature!

We are all creating the world of tomorrow together. There is evidence that to effect a change in the majority’s behaviour, it doesn’t require many individuals to change their own behaviour. Rather like the butterfly effect, theoretically, a few wing beats at the critical moment could trigger a tornado later, so it may only need one more person to change their own behaviour to trigger a shift in mankind’s behaviour.

That person could be you! As a greater man than I once said, “I have a dream!” Do you have a dream?

Postscript: The “New World Order” forecast was foreseen and predicted in the book “1984” by George Orwell, just fifty years ahead of its time. Maybe it could be retitled “2034”.

Essential reading for us all!
