For those that dislike swallowing tablets, you might like this new range.
I checked the ingredients and they are all natural and made in the UK. Although they are sweetened with natural sugar, it’s the equivalent to half a cherry! They don’t contain sweeteners or sugar alcohols and they are gelatin-free. Although I’ve found other supplements with higher levels of vitamins and ingredients it’s the first one I’ve found with added friendly bacteria to support vaginal microbiome. I’d probably take these in addition to other supplements as well as eating a healthy diet but if you dislike swallowing tablets I’d definitely give these a go. They have a huge range for adults and kids and they do taste very good!
