Can you share a pivotal moment or experience that inspired you to start your journey in the health and wellbeing industry?

When I was sitting at my desk, relatively successful as a Sales Professional. I realised that my beliefs and criteria for success were not fulfilling or rewarding. That was the moment I decided to explore what else life had to offer, and attended my first retreat and haven’t looked back since.

Can you tell us a little bit about your business?

I work with Soulopreneurs to create alignment for living on purpose and crafting a life they want on their terms. This comes in various forms; On-line programmes, in-person workshop and retreats and 1-2-1 sessions.

How do you prioritise your own wellbeing while running a business?

I have created practices that keep me grounded, focused and purposeful. This comes from the inner-standing that my being needs to be well for my business to be well. Including Qi-gong, walking in nature, physical exercise, journaling, fasting and other practices and rituals.

What role has your personal wellness played in overcoming obstacles and maintaining resilience in the entrepreneurial journey?

An example is the practice of gratitude creates a positive mindset. Thinking about all I have achieved and have in my life means I don’t feel overwhelmed when challenges arise.

How has your own health and wellbeing philosophy influenced your business?

The understanding that one size misfits all. When designing experiences for my clients I provide principles and frameworks that support the uniqueness of the individual without being prescriptive or restrictive.

Can you share a specific self-care practice that has had a significant impact on your overall wellbeing?

Walking in nature or grounding by putting my bare feet on grass helps me with my impatience. Reminding me that nature cannot be rushed and all things have their own pace and can’t be rushed.
Also Fasting (not eating for 16hrs or more) brings me mental clarity and focus.

How do you stay updated on the latest trends?

I have quite a good network of wellbeing professionals and some trusted advisors and some great podcasts are available as well as the wellbeing magazine.

Have there been moments where you had to make choices that challenged your personal values for the sake of business growth?

No not really, as I am aligned through my vision, values and outcomes for my business and lifestyle it becomes quite straightforward to say no to things/opportunities that would take me “off-course”

Is there a particular mistake or setback that taught you valuable lessons about the importance of wellbeing?

Yes, so many, the biggest one that I tend to repeat is not believing in myself enough and therefore “playing small.”

Do you have any projects you are currently working on?

I tend to have a minimum of three projects I am working on at any time. This keeps me engaged in my work and innovate. I see life as an adventure and look at business the same way. For me it’s not so much about succeeding or failing but what new horizons can be found and treasures uncovered.

What legacy do you hope to leave through your business?

Inspiring a generation of Soulopreneurs to live on purpose and create positive impact for people and the planet.
