Luxury yoga retreat in Greece

In August 2019, walk away from the stress of modern day life to an exclusive, luxury yoga retreat on a quiet, wild island in the turquoise Ionian sea. You can expect to spend a lot of time soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine, laughing with new friends, enjoying deep conversations, delicious home-cooked food and twice daily yoga to build strength, flexibility, mindfulness and nurture an inner calm.

This “Wild Island Retreat” takes place in a private, sea-view villa on the beautiful island of Lefkada, in Greece. Husband and wife team, Ali and Kat Macleod are your hosts. Ali, with an eight year-long background in catering events and private functions, cooks up delicious food each day, and yoga teacher Kat leads immersive morning and evening Yin and Vinyasa yoga sessions. You’ll spend your days exploring the island by foot, car and boat or you can just kick back and relax by the infinity pool, with beautiful views across the ocean to Meganissi, Kefalonia and Ithaca.

“Ten years of yoga and extensive travel have given me an insight into what people really need. Which is a break! A break from the world and the pressure placed on us every day to meet expectations, to be somewhere on time, all the time. It’s too much, and it’s too easy to loose yourself in the daily grind. Our Wild Retreats are about unplugging from that world. They are about immersing yourself in wilderness, gaining perspective, and creating an inner sense of peace and purpose.” – Kat MacLeod

DATES: Saturday 31st August – Thursday 5th October 2019

This five night retreat is fully inclusive of shared accommodation, twice daily yoga, meals and drinks (including a selection of wine and beers). Accommodation is in shared rooms with a private en-suite and views of the ocean. Early bird prices are available until the end of February 2019 and start at £745 for a triple room.
