My Beauty Regime

It is important to note that embarking on a supplement regime takes time to get good results. Taking the correct supplements, consistently for at least 3 months is important to see good results. Along with supplements, I recommend daily exercise, a good diet and hydrating with water. This combination will all work together to make positive improvments.

After 2 months I did notice my nails growing faster and stronger and my hair is definitley starting to have a different texture at the roots. My skin is smoother but have also been using Evenswiss Serum as part of my new regime. I take 3 different supplements (these varies throughout the year depending on my health goals) with a morning protein shake. My shake is using Huel and Bioglan powder, I have reduced my daily cups of tea with water and committed to a daily 5-10k steps and weekly swim and yoga stretches.
