Tim James:Unpacking the “Virus” with Chemical Free Body

These days, there’s so much health info out there that it can honestly feel super confusing and overwhelming. New diet trends pop up all the time, and honestly, it feels like medical advice changes daily, making it hard to figure out what really works for us. This month, I sat down to interview with Tim James, the man behind Chemical Free Body. We covered some common misconceptions, starting with a simple question: “What is a virus?” Our conversation was pretty eye-opening and also talked about personal growth, giving us some fresh ideas on how to take charge of our health again.

Since I’ve got a nursing background, I instantly remembered the usual definition: it’s just a little thing that makes us unwell. But then Tim totally flipped that idea around by reminding us what the word actually comes from.

“To find out what a virus is, we have to go back to the definition,” Tim explained, pulling up an English-Latin dictionary on his screen. “Dr. Brian Ardis, a friend of mine, found books going back to the late 1770s with the definition of a virus. Watch this: ‘Virus is a venom. A poisonous secretion of snakes and creatures and plants.’”

This revelation was, frankly, mind-blowing. It challenged my previous beliefs and reminded me of doctors like Tom Cowan, who claims that viruses, as we typically understand them, do not exist. Tim clarified, “Cowan and maybe Kaufman are correct in saying that a virus doesn’t exist because there is no bug. Nobody’s ever showed me a picture of a virus. I’ve never seen somebody zoom in and say, ‘That’s a virus.’ I’ve seen people zoom in and go, ‘That’s a spike protein.’”

He continued, linking this newfound understanding to the recent global health crisis. “This whole thing with COVID was like, when the geneticists actually took the spike proteins and found out what they were made of, they were made out of Chinese krait snake and the king cobra. If we’re using the definition of a virus, and COVID is venom… that means that we’ve been constantly poisoned year after year after year with venoms. And those have to have been put into the water or aerosolised into the air.” He also touched upon the concerning possibility that vaccinations could be “hijacking certain yeasts and bacterium in our body and our own cells to make venom RNA so our body is making the venoms inside of us.”

This radical redefinition of “virus” as a venomous secretion, rather than a living pathogen, shifts the entire paradigm of how we view illness and prevention. It opens up a discussion about constant environmental exposure to toxins and the body’s natural response to them.

Our conversation then naturally transitioned to Tim’s personal journey, particularly his experience during the early days of the lockdown. “I was just running my business,” he recalled, describing how he ended up living with a friend struggling with severe bipolar and recent bereavement. What was meant to be a couple of weeks turned into a year and a half as he supported his friend while continuing his work.

“They were like, ‘Oh, we’ll shut it down for two weeks.’ Well, I was doing yoga five to six to seven days a week… and I’m like, ‘Oh man, alright, two weeks.’ And then it turned into two months, then two years, right? And I was not going to go put a mask on doing yoga. I just felt that was stupid.”

Tim’s skepticism wasn’t born of defiance but a commitment to common sense and a deep understanding of the human body, particularly the immune system, which he learned from Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. He cited a pre-COVID study demonstrating masks’ ineffectiveness and their detrimental impact on oral microbiome health, leading to increased acidity and the proliferation of bad bacteria.

Tim underscored how fear, often amplified by media narratives, can override our instincts. “When you’re operating out of fear… it shuts down the prefrontal cortex, and then we’re very… we just do whatever what somebody says. You become very malleable.” He described his own quiet rebellion against mask mandates, relying on his intuition and relationship with a higher power. “My instincts were right,” he affirmed, “and most of us have instincts, and that fear takes over and runs our life rather than following our gut instincts.”

His personal health journey is a testament to the power of intuition and a radical shift in lifestyle. Tim recounted suffering from chronic gastrointestinal issues, including bleeding, severe skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, and being significantly overweight. “It’s very painful because every time I had a bowel movement, I started building anxiety up… it was like being a little kid knowing my dad’s going to whip me,” he candidly shared about his struggle with bowel movements.

A life-altering experience in Peru, where he had to be life-flighted for an organ removal due to his processed food diet, served as a stark wake-up call. This led him to the Hippocrates Wellness Centre in Florida, a place that “radically changed my belief systems.” There, he embraced green juices, sprouts, living foods, and detoxification protocols. “I went through a detox period which wasn’t fun. I had night sweats, I was irritable, I had a metallic taste coming off my tongue as the heavy metals were exiting my body… I had heavy metal poisoning.”

The transformation was profound. Within a month, he lost 42 pounds, and his chronic skin issues resolved in just 60 days. “I went from extra larges and larges down to smalls and mediums again,” he beamed. “Here I am 14 years later, I’m fit like I was in college playing baseball, and I feel awesome.”

This philosophy extends to how we interact with others when embarking on a new health journey. “The most important thing to do is just change yourself and shut up,” he advised, humorously. “Especially when you’re new and you don’t have the knowledge and the words and you’re not solid yet.” He learned this firsthand, as his newfound passion for living foods alienated some friends. However, those who were “searching for the information… drank from me like they soaked me up like a sponge.”

Our conversation also touched on his diverse background, including his experience as a yoga instructor. While he has explored various styles, from Bikram to Yin, he now champions “functional movement,” incorporating aspects of Yin for its breathwork and meditative qualities.

The latter part of our interview focused on Tim’s profound connection to the earth and his passion for regenerative farming. Having managed a regenerative farm in Queensland, Australia, I eagerly discussed his own efforts. “Nature. It’s just really simple and let it do its thing,” he stated when I asked what regenerative farming meant to him.

He envisions his 6.5-acre farm as a self-sustaining food forest, working with nature rather than against it. “I want to build a pretty large area of what’s called a sustainable food forest. Where we’re planting indigenous types where it’s indigenous to this area plants and stuff and just plant it once and leave it alone.” He’s committed to no-till farming, inoculating the soil with beneficial bacteria and mycelium, and even growing edible mushrooms in pathways.

Beyond food production, his mission is to create a blueprint for others. “The goal is to get the valley chemical free, teach these farmers how to do regenerative no-till farming, and start healing the skin of the earth of Mother Earth, healing her skin.” He believes the biggest problem facing our planet is pollution, not climate change, and advocates for conscious consumerism to combat it. “The best way for people to stop it is to stop buying things that create pollution… and start demanding natural.”

Tim’s company, Chemical Free Body, embodies this commitment. Their best-selling product, GREEN 85 JUICE FORMULA, is now in 100% compostable packaging. He also highlighted their Triple Action Nano Silver Gel, a powerful immune support tool, and Dr. Treadway’s formulas, which he is dedicated to preserving in their original, effective forms. “We’ve had people, I mean, all this stuff, losing weight, improving sleep, gastrointestinal issues… I’ve worked with over 300 cancer patients personally,” he shared, citing countless success stories.

He emphasised the transformative power of their Super Detox Bundle, which includes Gut Detox, Toxin Detox, and Green 85 Juice Formula the. “The guy has… low energy… when I come home from work, I’m exhausted. I don’t even have enough energy to play catch with my son… Within… a month… he called me up and told me he was playing catch with his son.” These products, he explained, are “tools” to help the body heal and rebalance, especially in a world where 85% of nutrients have been farmed out of our soils.

Finally, Tim urged readers to explore their innovative water system, “The Water Hero,” which restores water to its natural, sacred geometry. “It takes the water at 105.4 degree bond angle… and gets it back to sacred geometry, which is 120 degree bond angle.”

My conversation with Tim James was a profound journey into rethinking fundamental aspects of health, food, and our relationship with the planet. His insights, rooted in personal experience and a deep commitment to natural principles, offer a powerful roadmap for anyone seeking true wellbeing. It’s a call to question, to learn, and to reconnect with the innate wisdom of our bodies and the earth.
