Should We Accept Medical Diagnoses?

You or a close friend may have been given a medical diagnosis of a chronic disease and been told there is no cure, that it will need lifetime medication, the disease may shorten life, and told to just carry on and enjoy the last years as much as possible! NOW THAT IS A BLEAK FUTURE!

If you don’t want to accept this scenario, maybe you can change it?

  • Did you know that lifestyle choices can cause most chronic diseases? Could you change yours?
  • Did you know that diet is the number one common factor leading to chronic disease? Could you change yours?
  • Did you know that lack of exercise is another key factor? Could you change this?
  • Did you know that poor breathing is another? Could you change this?
  • Did you know that stress is another? Could you learn how not to be stressed?
  • Did you know health is built on community, including family, friends and workmates? Could you improve this?

If you have answered YES to some or all of the above, then the chances are very high that your diagnosis will have to change!

Any forecast, including medical diagnoses, rests on “ceterus paribus,” Latin for everything else staying the same! If we make changes, then the forecast has to change!

To help you on your way to change your lifestyle and probably your diagnosis.

  • Check the quality of your diet online here: www.4leafsurvey.com. If your score is less than +20, begin to improve your diet. Listen to the free podcast “The World’s Finest Diet.” As you improve your diet, it will also improve your breathing.
  • Walking is probably one of the best physical exercises we can do—it’s what we were built for! Get a pedometer and steadily increase your daily steps by walking in the garden, countryside, or park. This is also good for stress management.
  • Check your quality of breathing here: https://youtu.be/fvmG19BVJM4?si=6ASR2I7nTEnottU_. Then, listen to the free podcast “Better Breathing Means Better Health” and practice breathing exercises to raise your Control Pause above 40 seconds. As you improve your breathing, you will be better able to deal with stress and improve your eating habits.
