April 2020 Issue

The April 2020 edition of Wellbeing Magazine is now online as our first interactive wellbeing digital magazine.

As so many people are facing untold misfortune and hardship, we felt that now was the time to focus on making our health & wellbeing information more accessible to as many people as we can.

Things that we took for granted are no longer there, our safety and security threatened, old routines and ways of doing things turned upside down.

Reflecting over the last 14 years as Editor of Wellbeing I am reminded how grateful I am on for the lessons I have learned about my own health & wellbeing. I have also been reflecting on why I started the magazine all those years ago and the message is simply the same… I wanted to inspire people to look after their body and mind as well as their home and working environment. Never has such a time shown the importance of how all 4 things work together to keep us health & happy.

Our interactive magazine is only 15 pages and is best views on a PC or tablet, all our article are on the website if you prefer to use a phone but hope you enjoy the interactive nature of this magazine.

There is also an option to download the magazine as a PDF if you wish to keep an article.
